We Provide the Support Members Need to Take the Right Preventive Measures

For men and woman a membership includes sharing for the cost of annual wellness visits and some of the preventive services that may be performed

Knew Health Membership & Your Well-Being

When accessing these services members will present as self-pay patients and pay their bill. They then will sign into their member portal and under "Medical Sharing" will complete a request and submit the online form to receive reimbursement.

Wellness Visits

Members have up to a $300 allowance for an annual wellness visit. Females will have access to two trips when one is with an OBGYN and includes a pap smear, and the other is a woman's annual wellness visit. The annual visit may instead be used for a dermatology, dental, or virtual visit.

Labs, Blood Work & Testing Kits

Available for each member is an annual allowance for testing, no-cost labs, and wholesale pricing. No-cost labs and wholesale pricing are only available through Evexia and ordered through the member portal.

Youth Immunizations

These immunizations are shareable based on a standardized scheduling fee and must be administered in the recommended time frame. Members will sometimes find a local health department as a convenient, no-cost solution for receiving immunizations.
